The International Conference on Cybersecurity for Smart and Trusted Society (ICCSTS) 2026, technically sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society (Indonesia Section), brings together researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to address the growing challenges of cybersecurity in the era of smart and connected systems.

As digital transformation accelerates through Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data-driven infrastructures, ensuring security, resilience, and trust has become a critical priority. With the support of IEEE and prestigious academic foundations, the conference upholds the highest standards of scholarly quality and provides a premier platform for global visibility.

Call For Papers

We invite researchers, practitioners, and industry professionals to submit original and unpublished papers to the International Conference on Cybersecurity for Smart and Trusted Society (ICCSTS) 2026. This conference provides a platform to share innovative research, practical solutions, and emerging challenges in the field of cybersecurity and trusted digital systems.

Scope (but not limited to): AI for Cyber Defense & Intelligence, Trusted Society & Digital Infrastructure, Critical Infrastructure & Industry 4.0, Cyber Governance & Economic Resilience. For detailed topics, please refer to the Conference Scope section below.

Submission Guidelines

  • All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
  • Submissions must follow the IEEE Conference Proceedings format.
  • All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore®, subject to IEEE scope and quality requirements.

Preparation & Format

  • All papers must be original and not submitted elsewhere.
  • Topic must be within ICCSTS 2026 scope.
  • Must be written in English.
  • Length: 4 – 6 pages (Max 10 pages with extra fee).
  • Structure: Objective, Methods, Results, Discussion.
  • Remove all guidance text from the template.
  • Format: Strict IEEE Template. The committee reserves the right not to accept and not to proceed with any papers that do not meet this template.

Important Notes

  • The registration fee is per paper. There will be additional fees ($15/page or Rp200,000/page) if your paper is more than 6 pages, and please be sure that your paper is not more than 10 pages.
  • Invoices are charged to the author and must be paid in full amount.
  • The payment is non-refundable.
  • We do not provide printed paper proceedings onsite, please contact us if you need one. There is an additional charge for printing and sending it to your address.

Conference Policies

To ensure the quality, integrity, and credibility of ICCSTS 2026, the following policies are strictly applied to all participants and authors.

No-Show Policy

  • ICCSTS 2026 is a live conference that requires active participation from all authors.
  • At least one author must present the accepted paper during the conference (onsite or virtual).
  • Papers that are not presented (no-show) will not be included in the conference proceedings.
  • No certificate of presentation or participation will be issued for no-show papers.
  • In exceptional circumstances, authors must inform the organizing committee in advance to request alternative arrangements (subject to approval).

Publication Policy

  • All submitted papers must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, subject to compliance with IEEE scope and quality standards.
  • Selected papers may be invited to submit extended versions for publication in Scopus-indexed international journals or reputable national journals (SINTA-indexed), subject to each journal’s review process.

Disclaimer

Inclusion in IEEE Xplore® is not guaranteed and depends strictly on compliance with IEEE requirements.

Papers that do not meet publication standards or are not presented may be excluded from publication, including removal from the digital library after the conference.
